Excellent Sunday roast. Nice rare beef with awesome gravy. Such an ample portion I declined pudding. I never turn down pudding! Pleasant & willing staff.
The food was awful, sent my wife's food back was raw inside, lamb,s dinner, replacement was fish and chips, the fish was overcooked, batter was hard to cut through, i had liver which tasted vile. Not cooked enough could scrape a layer off it portion was very small, would not use again
I've been to this pub many times I. The past and have always had a good time. It is set next to a a large brook which in the summer you can sit by. The interior is decorated like you'd walked in to a psychedelic dream, which give it a very unique edge. Food is very nice and fairly reasonably priced maybe a couple of quid more expensive than other pubs in the local area however it is always a pleasure to eat.
Seafood platter was amazing. Lovely food in a lovely place. Definitely recommend
Fantastic food. Open fire. Staff are smartly dressed and very pleasant. Very much worth a visit.
