Very welcoming place. Nice and clean. Room very cosy with everything you will need to spend the night. Food is good and a very reasonable price. All the staff at the inn is lovely and kind. I would recommend this place to a friend or anyone that would be around the area and needs to stay for a night or a couple of nights.

used to be a working mens club and feels like it in the bar. drinks at a reasonable price. Food was tasty but small portions. The cottage pie had nearly as much gristle as meat when informed the representitive said they would tell the butcher??. The rooms were perfect. Clean and spacious and lovely and warm and quiet. No tea or coffee facilities and no maid service for the three days we were there. A bit intimidating when booking in stating that if you bring food and drink in you will be fined 50.00 any damage to the room and an automatic fine of 150 will be levied against you. But overall the staff and environment was still worth 4 stars and would still stay there again if in the vacinity.

If it wasnt for the team at the inn my stay in Alcester may have been a very different one. They made me feel really welcome and did their utmost to accommodate me even at short notice. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Plush carpets and clean washroom. I felt safe and relaxed. After a long study day my only regret was I couldn't go down and mingle and play on the amazing snooker table. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for making my stay a happy one. Paul Clue

Booked over the phone for my partner - really helpful lady who was really accommodating even at short notice. He was happy with the accommodation and will do his own review.

We booked to stay here overnight as the price was reasonable and the rooms looked nice as well as good reviews on tripadvisor. When we arrived it was totally different. It's not an "Inn" it's a converted liberal club in the middle of a rough looking housing estate. We still tried to think positive when we went in but there were a lot of drunk people everywhere and some of them quite rough. We went up to the room and to be fair it was relatively clean apart from the large dark stains on two of the towels so we shared one set. The bed was comfy so we thought we would relax after the long drive and sit in bed to watch a film before going to sleep. I'm not sure who jumped the most my partner or myself as we heard a really loud bang and wondered what the heck it was to then hear it again and again. We then worked out it must be a fire door that people must be going out of directly below us which was banging shut. So at this point we weren't too happy but then the real noise began !. It turned out there was a live band on unbeknown to us directly below our room. I think you can imagine the rest. I think it's safe to say we won't be staying here again. It's such a shame that online they show reasonable pictures for a reasonable price but unfortunately when you get there it's another story. If you love loud music and want a bed for the night then you'll love it
