Not brilliant but 43 is a bargain. Clean, comfortable and close to Stratford upon Avon. Would I stay again? Yes. Premier Inn was charging 89 for 1 night.
Had a reasonable night's sleep as the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were also friendly. However, I was quite disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and would not choose to stay here again. It was apparent that the floor had not been hoovered and there was a fair amount of dust everywhere and a couple of dead bugs on the radiator.
We stayed here during some very unfortunate times in our lives. Jon and his staff are amazing and I feel so lucky to have met each and every one of them. People need to be mindful of the fact that they are not paying 500 a night for a room, therefore things wont be perfect. Also, if you are noise sensitive, request a room on the top floor. It is not the staffs fault the building is not sound proof. They try their best to place everyone in a way which reduces noise, but theres only so much they can do.
A good stay at reasonable value for the room. It is a functional facility, which provides a comfortable stay with no frills. The room was well maintained, with a lamp out above the bed, but otherwise clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, freely offering advi e regards local facilities.Overall an enjoyable night in this functional facility.
Lovely room and the most comfortable bed my wife and myself have ever slept on.plus the person on the reception who was Bulgarian was very helpful and friendly and a bonus for your hotel. PS and great to be able to take our dog in .thanks again. Great value and will certainly be using you again. THANKS.
