Bed comfortable, rooms spacious but not all of them. Poor shower and bath facilities. Room service took 1 hour and 45mins - food was ok.
Always so nice to stay here. We didn't stay for evening meal the time, but did go for a drink by the log fire!! Lovely. Also room was nice and all staff pleasant
Room was clean and tidy, pre-booking online through a third party website saved us about a third over the walk in price. The reason for the 5 star rating is the breakfast as it was really top notch - a large selection of fresh cereals, well cooked selection of high quality cooked items freely available and a nice selection of spreads for toast. Very pleased with our stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.
Apart from a slight problem with the order which was sorted out very quickly the meal was very good. The staff were very cheerful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
The staff here were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and they kept you topped up with tea and coffee. My single room was a dated and needed an up grade but it was really good value. It was all very clean. The bar was lively and good for couple of nights. Big carpark
