Good food good service good price
Stayed here when visiting nearby relatives. Beautiful old Inn, dated 1577. Fairly small bedroom but lovely period furniture.Lunch in the main bar (Thai Prawn Curry) was tasty and well garnished. Good selection of beers and wine too. Breakfast was freshly cooked with quality, local ingredients.Lovely outside area for kids to play safely too.
Really good food. Really good service. Very good Cosy pub. We had the broom burger was cooked perfect the meat was really good. Missus had the old English burger she said was absolutely amazing. The waitress we had was very helpful and pleasant
Sumptuous starters .. we shared 3 platters between 5 and there were mountains of deliciousness ... Magnificent mains - just not an inch of room for pud! Really warm and welcoming with great vibe.
Love this place. They have a fab choice of food for vegans so we always find ourselves back here when in the area. The staff are also very friendly and very attentive to dietary requirements. Highly recommend.
