Always good friendly service and give you the facts straight. Flexible and always do their best to help. Been using them now for 3 years or so with different vehicles and will continue to do so.On the one occasion that i have had an issue (brake pads fitted were noisy) it was resolved very quickly with no fuss. Used to use via "Blackcircles" but now tend to go direct to them on match basis... quicker and more reliable.

Worst service ever, mae to wait over an hour then told that they couldnt find torq settings for wheels. Like they have never taken a wheel of before. Would recommend staying away from this place.
Ordered and paid for tyres online, the transaction was completed on Monday and a meeting made to visit the garage on Wednesday of the same week, the appointment was set for 10AM.I arrived on Wednesday morning just after 10AM, and I informed the guy behind the counter that I was there to have 2 tyres replaced, he checked and advised that the tyres had NOT arrived and were expected at 2PM.I asked why they had not arrived, and was informed that he did not know, then asked why he hadn't called me to advise this was the case and not come till the afternoon, the response "I have just found this out !!!"I asked if they had alternate tyres onsite that they could use and was told they did not. This guy was well versed in his excuses and really didn't care, he offered no apology, and no alternative plan.I left the garage fuming. I was expecting a call at 2PM to return to get the tyres replaced, and received a call at 3:30, this was all too much and I advised I wouldnt be returning and that they should refund my payment that had already been made. All company employees these days who interact with the public are representing their company and they should be doing all they can to make a great first impression, this goes a long way to how people percieve that company and whether or not they would recommend to friends and family.My advice would be to stay clear of this place.
