Shocking!!! I took my car in to get them to find the leak in my car AC, I even told them that it was a slow leak, and I would like it investigated and repaired. However, after them having the car for 3 hours, I received a call telling me that I can know pick my car up. All they done was regas the system, and told me 'Its cold, and there isn't any leaks'. But guess what, 4 days later, my AC is not working! And they are 75 up. Absolute joke!! I would never take back.....
I was a little apprehensive about visiting after reading the other reviews (I did notice that 2 of which were from the same person) but i had been recommended by a friend and desperate to avoid Mazda dealership so i gave it a go and they were brilliant. Sorted out the DPF on my Mazda3 when another garage couldn't as they had better diagnostics machine, and at a fraction of the cost that Mazda wanted to charge me just for taking a look at the car!!
Always had really excellent service from BGS. From Kerry on the desk to the chaps that own the place and fix the cars... stonking! They'll bend over backwards to ensure you're happy, your car is safe to drive and the job is done speedily and affordably. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
