Good friendly service and quality furniture
Friend of the family put a deposit down on a bed after visiting this store. she was unwell and very confused in store after having a hypo diabetic attack. No doctor called to ensure she was ok. Totally took advantage of her. Signed their agreement saying she would sign up for marketing not realising that she was signing contract for a bed with no cooling off period in their contract, therefore, they keep your deposit. Sales staff very rude. When trying to call to explain the situation was told they would only speak to the lady that ordered, even though it was explained she had health issues. Very aggressive and unhelpful. Steer clear of this company and especially keep vunurable relatives away.
High class but pricey . You get what you pay for .
What was a big decision for us was made into a very easy and pleasant purchase. The staff were all very friendly and accommodated all our needs including a quick delivery. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to the arrival of our new sofas on Tuesday.
Extremely helpful and friendly. We, in fact, purchased our suite of furniture without actually seeing it - apart from a photograph on Midfurns website; we didnt travel to actually view the suite due to the distance between our home and Alcester. Spoke to Midfurn twice before deciding to purchase it. The suite arrived today and it is exactly as described; we are absolutely delighted. At no time have we experienced any problem with contacting Midfurn on the telephone. The suite was scheduled to be delivered today, but when we purchased the suite, they were unable to give us a delivery time. A lady (Sharon) from Midfurn phoned this morning to advise us that it would be delivered before 1.30 p.m. (13.30 hrs.,). The suite arrived before 1 oclock today.The whole of our dealings with Midfurn have been absolutely superb. We would not hesitate in recommending them.The chaps who delivered our suite were extremely polite, efficient and friendly. They also respected our home. The weather today has been somewhat inclement and they took the trouble to lay covers down for them to walk on, so as not to take the chance of marking our carpet.Thank you so very much for all your efforts on our behalf, Midfurn, which are very much appreciated.
