I had my Steven James kitchen installed in 2013, the design, fitting and overall experience was excellent. On time and as quoted. This year 2018 after much use one of the drawer units wasn't closing properly. No problem an email to the company was responded to and a member of the team turned up within 2 days and resolved the issue. So proof that the company also offer an excellent after care service.
I feel to share my story with you so you don't have to go through the heart ache i have had dealing with this company. I had to wait for months for my kitchen and they kept moving the delivery date the day before it was arriving and still now I am waiting for my granite tops to finished.my kitchen..(5 Months later) it looks a mess with a chipboard top..1 of the doors is not fitted properly and the dishwasher's integrated door has not been fitted as promised even though i have sent emails and called to get this sorted to no avail. Your emails and calls won't be answered. Be warned
Just finished having my dream kitchen fitted by Steven James and his amazing team. From start to finish the service has been outstanding. Kurt and Stu have gone above and beyond for the things that I have requested (they even helped me move a few bits out from the house) the entire team from Emma and Paula to Steven himself have accommodated my every wish and given me ideas that would maximise my living space. My kitchen went from a room that I cooked in (always in a rush because there was no room) to a place where I now love relaxing with my children and getting them to help me as we have the room now. Its not just a kitchen Steven James and co have fitted for me its now the hub of our home. Thank you to all at Steven James kitchens for everything you have done for our family.
I'm really impressed. I had my kitchen made by this company and its beautiful right down to the tiny little details. Steve and everyone else who worked on my kitchen are lovely people and I had great communication with them.
