Great small museum to learn facts about Alcester in the past.
Nice museum though very small, friendly staff.
I didn't go into the library and museum because it was a school trip I had taken there the town itself it's a lovely place I had a good wander around and it's worth a visit also the roman museum is closed on a Tuesday all day
Why not make a point of talking to one of the volunteers to get more from your visit. Mark had a great map of Britain's Roman roads, mines and settlements.
A small but very fascinating 'hands-on' museum operated by volunteers which details the influence the Romans had on Alcester. Especially good for children who can dress up in Roman outfits and play Roman games and puzzles. Equally interesting for adults!
