Fantastic. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday last week, and arranged to collect them the next day. Then I was held up at work and so couldn't collect them. I phoned to ask for the flowers to be kept for the following day. Instead, they delivered them for me for no extra charge, within an hour of me calling. Five days on the flowers still look fabulous. Thank you!
