My elderly Dad took his remote controlled boat here and asked them to fix it. After quite a long period he went back to see if they had sorted it, and they had lost most of the parts for it including the remote control! He has tried following it up via email and visiting the shop but to no avail. No communication at all from them, no offer of replacement or reimbursement. Very angry that they have taken advantage of my poor Dad and he's quite upset that he can't enjoy his lovely hobby boat any more.
Buzztech have been continually amazing when it comes to my laptop. I bought it around a year ago for a very good price and since then they have provided me with support and have helped me to understand and take care of the computer. Recently there was a big problem with it and they have managed to repair it perfectly, retaining all my important data and they managed to keep the process cheap as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else for anything computer-wise and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Stay away if you value your computer and your data. Unprofessional service, they don't know what they are doing and made my laptop worse that it was before as well as losing all my data. My laptop was sent in with an issue, not sure what it was. Buzztech dealt with it several times and did not fix the problem. When it was fixed properly (somewhere else) it was something totally different to what they had said it was. No refund of money either.
