I have used this surgery for years and have always been satisfied with my treatment .My latest dentist was excellent . Not only was he kind and sympathetic but he bothered to advise me to go walking to help with my recent bereavement . I also want to praise the reception staff who are kind and courteous and maybe a little brisk . They've got a surgery to run and don't have all day to chat , but I was charmed to see one receptionist come round the desk to embrace a bothered looking old lady who had demanded a hug . My adult son had occasion to use the private facilities available at the practice and so would I if I needed to , but I really think they do our world famous national health service proud . I can recommend this practice .
Been using this dentist for nearly 40 years. Recently mist appointment due to returning from a holiday the day before (first time have mist one in many years!) and was told i could no longer come here due to several mist appointments. The attitude i received from the receptionist "Cindy" was disgusting (as other reviewers have mentioned) getting very abrupt over the phone. I never received any prior warning that if i mist another i would be struck off and had no letter through post regarding this either. I think bringing up mist appointments from 20+ years ago is absolutely ridiculous and i would imagine anyone using the place for around 40 years would tend to have some mist appointments! Anyway, found a new dentist so wont be using this place any more. I shall also recommend changing dental practice to friends and family due to this. The ones that have not left already that is!
This is a fab dental surgery. All of the staff are really friendly & helpful. They remember who you are & call you by your name which is great. I would highly recommend this dental surgery to everyone. A*******
Google- do we have to give them a star for the review. they don't deserve it. What a horrible company and horrible receptionist. They wouldn't respect you and your data, they have no idea what the GDPR is. not surprise why we receive lots fraud phone call and email- thanks for the company like this.
