To their credit, their Hot Chocolate is the best i've tasted and can be found in Sachets in most Cotswold Hotel Rooms. Just a shame that in the modern age of the internet and E-commerce that unlike their Coffee & Tea products and pages filled with Sundries it seems that it cannot be bought from their website. I fear that they have missed a Marketing opportunity there with such a tasty product, especially as they put their name and web address on the actual product Sachets, so to not have the product actually listed for customers to buy on there is a backward step, why put your details on the product if you are going to only sell it to the trade or keep it hidden away?. The closest alternative that I have found based on ingredients is a Suchard vending product, but that sadly has now been discontinued, and so the hunt continues!!. In the interests of fairness and clarity I wouldn't hesitate to give the product five stars, but have deducted two for the disappointment in relation to the lack of product availability and actually being unable to buy it from them.
